This salon is amazing ! I went for my first ever cut, blow wave & wash and left the salon with the biggest smile on my face. My stylist Charli was so kind and fun to chat with and they looked after me so well and listened to what I wanted out of my cut and gave me the best advice in terms of my hair so I wanna say a big thank you and could not recommend anyone else !

I popped into Punch while traveling based on reviews and photos. Nicole and company very kindly offered a last minute appointment and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.The haircut I received was second to none and the atmosphere they’ve created was extremely inviting and comfortable. Nicole was a lovely (but not overbearing) conversationalist and the espresso they prepared was icing on the cake! THANK YOU PUNCH!

Customer service was great, hair cut was great, pricing was great. Caitlin really listened to me and I came away very happy. I don't think I've felt that way in a long long time. Will be back.

I had an amazing experience , it's hard to trust when it comes to hair and beauty . Charli made sure we are on the same page while doing the hair cut .Everything was explained thoroughly before we started. Definitely recommend.

I've been a Punch client for over 10 years now and I've never been disappointed! Sophie is great hairdresser and always up for a chat. Nicole and the team are always lovely when welcoming you to the salon and they sell great Australian made Delorenzo products too. Highly recommend for your next haircut!

Worst haircut of my life! stylist cut it to my jaw when i asked for it halfway between my shoulders and chin, and gave me a Karen bob cut with so many short and mid length layers, even though i asked for just a few long ones.Never cried so much about my hair, its unfixable and unstyleable.Ive never written a bad review before but I’ve never been so upset and disappointed with a hair cut. Please dont go here if you are young or wanting any sort of nice/ modern haircut.
