I do not believe in negative public review and never gave one until I visited this place. Never in Sydney or Australia I stumble upon anymore rude service than this one!I arrived at the front desk and requested that I want to buy specific paver. The guy asked me to take my car near by and load the pavers myself (Super rudely!), I ignored and loaded the paver in my car. Then I went back to pay. The initial guy was not around, and there was another guy serving, I explained that I loaded the paver and I need to pay now. But the amount of insult and sarcasm he deliver was next level saying how dare I load it myself without supervision from other staff! I tried to explain their own staff asked me to do it but still he didn't stop. Disgusted by the behavior, I just unloaded all pavers and left.Never again I would visit, I hope management would give some courtesy training at the very least.rating 1 star as there no lower than that.

Awesome service. Friendly and obliging staff. A great range of products too. Beautiful bush rocks and care was clearly taken in selected them for me. I have never been disappointed. Always satisfied.

Rude staff answering the phone. I don’t understand why the owner of this place tolerate this kind of behaviour that will end up backfiring on his company. I sincerely hope that this business will still be profitable in the next 2 years if this is what customer service means to them. Good luck

Ordered 55m2 of sir Walter buffalo grass from these guys. Ordering wasn’t a problem but when the driver delivered the grass, he was rude and rather be on tiktok than showing acknowledgment that I was there. He then proceed to unload the rolls of grass and made an absolute mess of it. He leaves and says “it all gets rolled out the same anyways”.Overall a few rolls were damaged and clean up was a pain. Horrible service from the delivery driver

Another place (AnL) missed our order and we need this ASAP!Ordered over the phone, wanted bush rock and 10mm stone. Easy to place order. Delivery was expensive but we were further away. 10 mins down the road was 105 we were charged 150.Asked for 15 bush rocks at about 300mm and the selection was perfect!Delivery driver was excellent. Quick and reliable.I’m happy with the outcome and we will look to use Turtle Landscape again.Thanks

Called to order soil, asked about Garden mix, 1 tonne however when soil arrived did not appear to be 1 tonne. Called directly after delivery. Staff were very condescending and said you don't know what you ordered, do you mate!!!! It's one cubic meter. Have never had a good experience with this place.

Really disappointed today with the effort of Turtle Employees..., Went out to buy a large amount of Rock for our landscaping. Started off when I asked a gentlemen if they had bush rock he stated that I need to speak to someone inside.. ok then ,, headed inside ,, stood at the counted for 5 min while a bloke was on the phone scrolling face book 1 meter away from me and then the boss came over and had a crack of why I was standing in the wrong spot,, words that went something like this cant you see where he is mate

Had a big yard project and the guys at Turtle were amazing. Same day delivery multiple times when I ran out of gravel / soil - project got bigger than expected. They were also very patient and helpful with someone who knows nothing about landscaping. Every one of their delivery guys was friendly and professional.

Thay have nursery where you can select flower plants, bonsai, other decorative plants, garden bench, statue, pots.Reasonable price, cheaper than ANL or Bunning. Fast delivery.
