Just purchased the 1400kg heavy duty 8x5 trailer with loading ramp as well as the normal tailgate & cage gate, mower deck & the canvas cover, the cargo net & 2 different plug in trailer sockets to use for my business - Down To Earth Lawn & Yard Care.To say I'm extremely happy is an understatement. I am very impressed with trailer but even more impressed by the customer service I received by Scott.He truly went above & beyond & over delivered.As i am from Mackay, QLD, there were a lot of phone calls, messages sent back & forth as well as photos sent through & Scott was very prompt to answer any questions & requests that I had.Much appreciate the extra effort Scott went to making this happen for me in very challenging times with short notice.Makes you feel Superior, when you are valued as a customer.Thank you

I think they should review their website! I went there expecting to purchase a 6x4. Premium trailer that was priced at $1,399 drive away! Instead I was quoted $1,699 + rego costs. Rego would have been another $170. Wasn’t very happy! Fix up your website and put the correct prices on there!

I bought a heavy duty box trailer from Superior Trailers today - The trailer build and design I can't fault. The cage has legs which drop into channel, which makes the cage very secure. Some of the other Chinese trailers would be an embarrassment - but this one looks good.

I recently purchased a 10x5 Tandem Axle trailer from Superior Trailers including a 900mm cage, spare tyre holder, ladder racks and a full canvas cover.My trailer was not in stock and Superior Trailers kept me fully up-to-date with the process from factory build in China through to final delivery.I spent some time researching imported galvanised trailers and decided to go with Superior Trailers given the extra attention to detail that has been spent reinforcing hinges and brackets and designing drop in cages and ladder racks that can be changed quickly and used independently of each other. All of these features do seem superior" to the other importers and yet the price remained the same
