ARD Garage Doors

My Ard doors have scratches to mark where the screws were to be when made and have been scratched to mark the centre for the roller door handle. The door even has a hole in it where no screw goes. I am so appalled at the lack of care taken in manufacturing. If I could add photos I would. I would like to think the company would be horrified to see what I have received as my new roller doors.

I asked for a quotation for a roller door which should've been around $1100 retail I was quoted more then $1800 as I have previously purchased roller doors from them before, however, I felt being ripped by this company and as a small builder I now have a new supplier, keep away from this company ARD Garage Door they're not great to do business with and when things go wrong they are so quick to blame someone else rather themselves

Stay away from this company, not trustworthy will paint a pretty picture with their service and warranty but if there's any issues will insist that the motors come with only 1 year warranty and insist to maintain warranty you have to service the motor every 12 months, have to give 1 star to post. Motor intalled in 2019 had 2 issues and both times refused to attend under warranty

We had a roller door fitted to our garage in Sep 15. We have been very happy with the door and after sales service.

Since the day one (2012),we bought the garage doors, and we do regular service them by the ARD team. They always explained to my questions and tell me what they have done in details.I will give 5 stars for their outstanding service !Thank you for reading .

The mix bag experience here! The quote was outstanding but delivery and install took ageeeeees, postponed twice. The door quality was outstanding but since the install we had issues. Door was opening by itself and repair took another two weeks. Lady in the office didn’t seem to give a damn, sale rep got fired. He offered us a free service but hey can I rely on that promise? I don’t think so. Overall goods are great and service is bad, which is a shame cause with all the competition around it all come down to a service.

I had a new ARD garage rolling door service from this company back in Feb of 2019. I found my garage door motor was out of order and claim for warranty on 15/07/2020, but I been told that I have to wait more than two weeks to get it fixed. Apparently, my garage door cannot be closed completely and there is safety issues , I said if I can drill a hole on the panel sheet door and lock it down., but the office lady said any of the alternation of the door will break the warranty condition. She said the door should have centrol lock which should be installed back to Feb of 2019, however I found that there was no one mentioned this option to me or done the centrol lock installation at that time. I am very disappointed with the aftersales service of this company and brand. Any one seek for a better service and peace of mind warranty service please aware of this company and brand.

Do not trust this company they installed a faulty motor on my door and have never been back to fix it. We have waited for over a year.
