TLDR - A company that will turn a single repair visit into 5 month saga and charge you for it.I was recommended this company when my apartment A/C suddenly stopped blowing hot air just days after moving in.They sent a technician who inspected the A/C and said he would be back with 2 parts, but that due to supply issues it might be a while. It was... almost two months. But that's fine.What happened next was a team of techs showed up with a single part to fix the air con which they installed. Then said that they would check it was running ok. After 20-30mins the aircon was still clearly not blowing hot air but the technicians said it would eventually and made to leave which is when I asked about the other part. They had no idea what I was talking about. I showed the previous invoice indicating the other part and they said someone at the company forgot to order it and sent them on the job anyway. They said they would check on it and get back to me. No one did.After running the A/C continuously it did not improve so I rang again and told them the issue was ongoing and inquired about the part and if that might not be the problem.Yet another team arrived without the part and ran the system and took some measurements. I was now told the system wasn't big enough and I should not expect it to blow much hotter than the barely room temperature they had gotten out of it. But the A/C had been hotter when we moved in. They shrugged and left and said they also didn't have the illusive part and that someone would have to come back again with it. (I was charged for this visit also!)I then received an invoice from the company for over a grand (3 visits and 1 part). I called them and asked if they expected me to pay when the part still wasn't installed and the job unfinished. The woman told me not to pay until the part was installed.That was two months ago and all I have received is two more emailed invoices and an overdue notice.

The service I received from Cold Rae was second to none. They were considerate, professional and prompt in repairing my ducted air conditioning. Kathy in the office was amazing. Thank you for the incredible service.

You get charged for them driving out to repair, also charge full rates for apprentices. Unit was left with low gas, had to get another company in to rectify the problem as didn't get a reply from them. Wouldnt touch these guys again.

Cold Rae damaged our property during an inspection and did not take responsibility for it. Not happy.
