The actual annual fire inspection/inspectors was quick and efficient. However, I did have to follow up a few times to get a time slot to suit me. The phone number is an answering service which is a bit annoying. Eventually they did come around relevant time slot and were flexible. I do think the organisation really cares about its customers and what they think. They did go above and beyond to rectify the issue. They are not perfect, but they do try which is nice.

I made a booking with Redmen Fire Protection for a specific slot within a 2-4 hour window.When my time rolled around no one was even on the premises. For some reason a higher up thought it was a good idea to call me to explain that even if I made a booking time, there is no guarantee for that time. Their small print states there is a 4 hour window....Well, how does that serve a booking time? Just because it's in the fine print doesn't help me. Oh yeah, you got me"
