Really friendly service!

Very good experience returning a faulty shaver today by the young lady working. She understood the issue, explained clearly and offered to replace it for me. She even suggested an upgrade which I am very happy with for only a fraction more. Thank you.

Very impressed! I went in today with a problem - the pressure sensor on my 5 month old Braun electric toothbrush was stuck, making the device next to useless. Gavin in the Belconnen store was polite and helpful and quickly exchanged the product with a brand new one, no hassles. Great to get such good customer service! I will certainly go back for future purchases. Thanks.

They are not honest with the customer I bought this clipper about 3 months ago and they told me it comes with warranty for 2 years I went back there yesterday something was wrong with the blade and the lady there she told me you have to buy blade for it because warranty doesn’t cover the blade and when I bought it they didn’t tell me that and it doesn’t says on the invoice that it doesn’t cover the blade just don’t scam people and be honest with the customer and tell them everything from beginning don’t scam the customer!I asked for manager the lady she was there she said she’s a manager and I said can I see the owner please she said I’m the owner I was surprised if the owner she’s like that how about other’s stuffs how they treat the customers !I just wanted to contact the franchise owner to explain to them but I couldn’t find they website on online

Normally pretty good, but went in today and staff just honestly seemed a bit rude.. customers asking if a product is on sale, or has any further discounts, especially during or so close to the boxing day sales, shouldn't be met with such surprise/indirect insults.. Honestly made me feel guilty for even asking assistance/questions as a customer. Could use more retail/customer service training when speaking/answering these kinds of questions common to retail and sales.

Very rude behavior from the staff..Got the wrong information about the product from the staff and when I went to exchange the product,the staff was very rude on us..

Amazing customer service by the manager she definitely knows her products!!! She is a asset to your company!The store is always well mechanised, clean and has such a good atmosphere in the store to shop!Always feel welcomed! Won’t go anywhereWill only go back to this store!

Friendly service and good range of products in all price ranges

I come to shaver shop 8th Sep, Monday. The service sister was very nice and helpful and patient. I 100% sure she should be promoted.

My partner and I were looking for a set clippers for him and another set for the dog. Chayan at Belconnen shaver shop was able to answer all our questions, very knowledgeable about the devices and such a big help.
