I have dealt with this Black Diamondz from both a sales and rental prospective, their level service and customer focus is appalling. I strongly recommend considering alternative and reputable agents before being lured by the 'hype' sold by Black Diamondz.Note - the adjacent '5 Star' rating on this page is by Jad Khattar.......Director of Black Diamondz, hardly a suitable recommendation.

Don't waste your time and money!!! Talked a big game but couldn't deliver. Wasn't getting any updates and I had to chase them for feedback. The house that was so sellable particularly to the Asian market one day became only appealing to a handful of people. Don't get sucked in to the fact they have Asian buyers eager to buy in Australia. Quite simple that ship has sailed.

Horrendous experience, I wish I have read all the reviews here before engaging these guys. Talk a big game but cannot deliver in the end. Thousands of dollars wasted on advertising. Extremely unresponsive and keep beating down the seller on price. These guys only care about their commission and once they realise your property is a bit difficult to sell, they will give up and leave you empty-handed except a big advertising bill to pay. Avoid at all costs.

Instead of answering an interested buyer, all I got was generic marketing emails and texts, total waste of time.After waiting over 2 weeks with still no response to any of my follow ups, its almost like they DIDNT want to sell the property for their client?
