My money gone to Chemist warehouse but no products to use.I used web placed order for fast delivery ,then after the order been stolen by delivery person and realised that Chemist warehouse called customer paid extra $15 for same day delivery but not directly do delivery from store staff instead use door dash .I contacted the store staff said nothing could help and advised me contact door dash.What the service standards to Chemist warehouse to put customer in risk ,not assist me for refund , refused to talk about the order solution .And as a newborn mum stressful on phone to deal with the issue as no storage bags for breast milk,bub crying .

Our local chemist, relatively small but got everything we need and very reasonable service.

I went yesterday (07/08) to Chemist Warehouse in Cottesloe. First and last time.I have recently moved in to the area and needed to buy some things for myself and my family.I was with my fiance and our toddler was in the stroller. Once we got into the store, we noticed and aisles are really narrow. So we decided I would go inside and buy and my fiance would wait outside with our daughter - it would be impossible for us to walk with the stroller in there. Totally non-accessible store.At the entrance, I noticed a lady was standing there. (long straight dark hair, with a jumper written 'security' on the back).When I started walking into the store, I noticed she was following me. I had no bags with me, only my card in the pocket. I was in the skincare aisle and she passed by me TWICE! And then was walking around looking at me. I almost asked her what the problem was, but I decided not to and instead I finished what I had to and left.I spent around 15 minutes in that store, spent almost 150 bucks and would have spent even more if the staff was helpful and the security guard didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I think the act happened as a pure result of racism, due to the fact I am a black women.I paid for my purchase and I noticed she was close to the cashiers on her phone.When I left the store and I spoke with my fiance about what happened, he told me that the security guard went outside the store and was sort of staring at him and our daughter.My expected outcome of this complaint is:- formal apology from Chemist Warehouse (both head office and Collestoe store)- investigation of this incident and that security guard to be warned and trained.- I want to be notified what corrective actions you will be putting in place to make sure this won't be happening again.I will wait until COB Thursday for your response. If I don't get any, I will escalate the matter further. By what I read on Google Reviews about this store, this unacceptable behavior has happened before.

I was shopping with my son and daughter today when my 16 year old son wanted to buy some aftershave.He was taking his time working out what he liked, in the meantime the security guard kept asking us if we needed help, my son replied no thank you I am still looking.He picked up a gift pack and spoke to me about it and decided to keep looking at a few more individual aftershaves behind the counter.As we went to look again the security guard asked us if we wish to pay for the product, sorry we are still looking.My son finally picks a aftershave, waits in line and asks the person behind the counter to get it for him and he pays for the item!Just as we were to walk out the security guard jumps in front of my daughter and asks to look in our bags.I would rather pay extra money next time we shop then to feel like a thief when I am only trying to give my son some advice.Definitely won’t be back

Surely the franchise owners could clean up the outside, simply remove the bits of steel, broken bricks and all the weeds out the front? Don’t they have any pride in their surroundings?

Do not recommend to anyone.A very simple issue that could have been easily resolved was simply neglected. The owner, Vim, is very arrogant. He was disrespectful towards my wife when she raised an issue about a fragrance purchase. Do not purchase fragrances from here. They don’t smell genuine. The Narciso Rodriguez for her that I purchased for my wife smells cheap like alcohol. She has been wearing it for 7 years, and she knew it smelt different the first time she sprayed it on herself. She also had a comment from two seperate friends that it smelt different. Very disappointed in this particular franchise and the owner’s attitude towards customers.

Really well stocked Chemist. Lots of discounted products cheaper than the bigger supermarket chains. Prescription medicines well priced and cheaper than anywhere else.They do a variety of vaccinations here including the FluVax. I saved about $40 doing it here as Dr will charge me for a consult as well as the vaccine. Will be arranging them every year with these guys now.Friendly service and the nurse adminstering the flu shot was exceptional. Very friendly and efficient.

I loved Lauren and Rhea they were so friendly and helpful, will definitely shop here again!
