The team at Mr Guru were fantastic when we needed an end of lease clean done at relatively short notice. Their website quote form was easy to use, and Eunice in their office team was very responsive and helpful with the questions I had before and after. The team who came to do the clean on the day were friendly, professional and efficient and they did an outstanding job cleaning our apartment. It is the first time I have used a cleaning company for an end of lease clean and I’m very pleased - I don’t know I didn’t do this sooner!! Thanks to the wonderful team at Mr Guru for your excellent service.

Great end-of-lease cleaning service. Punctual, thorough, and guaranteed they would come back if agent wasn’t happy. The agent raised a couple of very minor concerns about the cleaning and Mr Guru came back the next day and addressed them all. They were on time, good at communicating and I would use them again. We got our full bond back.

I was very disappointed with the service provided by Mr Guru. The price changed three times, the clean was not satisfactory, and the owner / manager was aggressive. Very unprofessional, and many other options for cleaning in Canberra. I would recommend if you use Mr Guru that you have something in writing and go through very closely with the owner / manager before the clean. Do not trust initial costing, as they are trying to 'catch 'people by providing lower prices up front.

I used Mr Guru for an end of lease clean on my 2 storey, 4 bedroom home in May 2021.Customer service from the start was wonderful, very responsive and helpful when I needed to change dates. The clean was immaculate and included carpets and pressure wash out the back. Myself and the real estate could not fault a single thing.100% recommend.

Honestly blown away by the level of Detail Mr Guru cleaners provided. I have never seen the oven so clean and sparkling, I’m not actually sure how they achieved that level of clean!!! Would highly recommend

Thank you so much for an incredible service today. Absolutely fabulous. The lady and gentleman worked well above and beyond expectations; the result is literally perfection and I am in awe of how quickly and efficiently they worked. Definitely value for money; the apartment is fully furnished and they immaculately cleaned quite literally everything even all kitchen utensils and cutlery. Mr Guru - please thank again the team who provided my service today, I am so appreciative.

Do not use this agency.They gave us an invoice with 7 day payment terms. The following day after the clean the cleaners showed up demanding payment, in the middle of an important party we were hosting. They stood over me and refused to leave until I paid, disrupting the speeches!

I’d highly recommend these guys do your end of lease clean! They did an outstanding job, the place looks immaculate. Very professional and efficient. If I ever need a bond clean again, I’d get Mr Guru to do it in a heartbeat

We made the mistake of hiring these people to do our end of lease cleaning. They did a terrible job and then when our agent tried to contact them to fulfill their contract, they did not respond. Mould left on windows, a stove uncleaned and other issues. Do your self a favour and use anyone else but Mr Guru.Garbage work, Garbage customer service.

We had Mr Guru cleaning come in to complete our end of lease clean and carpet cleaning and could not be happier with the result!! The team arrived on time, the price was reasonable and the result is impeccable. Would absolutely recommend them!!!
