Merch has changed drastically over last couple of years. Used to be spicy and entertaining, now it's...meh!

Thee... Place You can Look at...Without Out, Staff trying to But in Constantly& try n to Help U SCAN Ur Intended Purchases. But When You Do ACTUALLY Need HELP...?STAFF, are as RARE as Hens Theeth...!!!

Visited Westfield typo, Staff was so good and helpful specially Bianca she was so polite.

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! The workers were very passive agressive and yelled at my 12 year old sister for not making her mind up. After 30 seconds of browsing, my friend and I got in trouble for not buying anything, although I was thinking of making a purchase. The lady said “are you guys thinking of making a purchase or are you just standing there?” In a very aggressive tone, when we replied she said “thanks” in a very sarcastic tone. This absolutely ruined my day, won’t be shopping there again.

Today make my experience super positive and no disappointment! A wonderful sale person Michelle made my day super greatest! She was super helpful, guide me through some of their collection in store, had so much patience with me whatever I’ve needed and make my day felt calming and make it possible too happened! Honestly never had someone who heart warming and down to earth at the same time! And put so much in time and effort to fix up my million of questions, recommend thing I’ve liked! Thanks you again ❤️

The amount of upselling that occurred at the cash register was anxiety provoking. I bought a jumper, & I was asked if I wanted to join as a member to accrue points. I declined. I was then asked if I’d like to buy a beanie with my purchase as they were on sale. I declined I was then asked if I would like to donate to charity, and I agreed to round up to the closest dollar. I then realise on my receipt that I was charged $3 for a pack of peppermints. I felt like I was fired with questions when all I wanted to do was buy an item :( I know $3 is not much, but it just felt like so many tactics were thrown at me in order to get even a few dollars more from me. I felt like I was a bad person by not agreeing to charity payment. I don’t even know what charity the money goes to. Ultimately it made me uncomfortable to the point that I won’t go again. They might have made a few more dollars, but they’ve lost a customer and continued sales because I felt so so uncomfortable and anxious.

i got hate crimed and accused of stealing today because of my appearance by a white lady and the workers didn’t do anything
