A specialist chilled box if caviar was left on the footpath in the sun. !!!A box of wine was left on the footpath outside a house across the street and the other 2 cases appear to.have disappeared. This company is a joke ...As it is IMPOSSIBLE to phone them I assume they also know they are a joke.

You need a way to give a negative review. I get my dinnerly order every week and these guys deliver it, badly. Made so many complaints, lost a few boxes of food to crows and other animals because they can't follow very simple instructions. Don't use this lot EVER!!!!!

Possibly the worst delivery service currently in operation. If there is a chance of rain or bad weather, my Dinnerly delivery will be delayed. There are no updates on their tracking website about when my delivery will be delivered, only Delayed

Can't follow directions - our Dinnerly box (which contained food) was left outside in the open - when it was requested to be delivered to the front door which is undercover. Unable to get anyone to respond by email or phone (when you can finally locate a contact number).

If you'd like a company that never listens - this is the one for you.They even do specials = I got no communication, disregard for medical instructions AND no attempt for resolution for free!!Not only did they add an extra 4 days to the ETA for delivery, this 'lovely' company doesn't have an ounce of accountability. They left the medication in 33 degree heat.......on a Saturday.....outside business hours.

Warning: If you want to get stressed out, yes deal with this company. They lie about ringing intercom, will leave your parcels/boxes in places wherever they want to despite of delivery notes, leave your food under the sun and get stolen. And oh, there is no way you can reach out to them at all. This business should be put down at all cost

If I could give HDS a negative score I would. Out of the 5 deliveries in the past 5 weeks, one was never delivered at all and they refused to return call from the company they were priding the service for. Today they delivered a parcel from a totally different company, addressed to a totally different person for an address 5km away. Absolutely no service at all
