One thing that makes the Blue Mountains service stand out is the consistently excellent service by the drivers. They are courteous and friendly and they can transform even the most mundane trip into something worthwhile with a smile or a quip.There may have been occasions in the past when I have encountered rude and unpleasant drivers, but it seems now they have taken up at another terminus.Just to illustrate how helpful and empathetic the drivers are, please accept my experience from Monday 11 September. On Mondays I do what I call the shuttle"

I caught the 692H bus tonight and the driver was either speeding, going really slow, stopping for a couple minutes, or barely in the lane. I had to distract myself so I wouldn't be sick and I missed my stop. I thought I would stay on as it was a loop and didn't think much of it. After a while of being thrown around from the shocking driving, the bus driver pulled over and asked where I was getting off, I told him the stop and he yelled at me and got angry as he had already driven passed there". I explained that I missed it and he almost sped through a red light

Worst bus company the western Sydney area. If you need a realisable source of public transport, do not go with this company! Waited for a bug, got here 10 minutes early, and still here 10 minutes later, and didn't even show up.Poor effort. And don't even get me started on their weekend timetable.Is this company stuck in the 70s or something? They need to lift their game up.Very poor service!

690P didn’t stop at Blaxland at 10.35 am despite me standing at the bus stop. I then missed the train by the time I got over to the station. Not good Blue Mountains Buses!

School bus drove past my children who waved driver down to no avail. Poor service. That's their transport to school. You have one job. They were in uniform like all of the other kids already on the bus.We're stuck with this as there's no other option.

Absolutely dreadful timetable for Wentworth Falls. From my stop the 685 is at 7:45 am and then there’s not another bus till 10am. There are no buses for workers. It’s 40 mins walk from here into town and the paths are often rocky. It’s completely unacceptable. My bus just missed my street as well so now I’ll be an hour late to work
