The Team at the Oakleigh office are second to none. Hanna has been my consultant and she has gone above and beyond not only to secure employment but Hanna, Cassie and Marissa have all helped in other aspects of establishing myself officially in Australia, I can honeslty say without the expertise of these 3 consultants i would not have reached the point im at right now, I have been connected with multiple centres across Melbourne and the way the ladies (and men) @ Oakleigh get invested and put that human touch to a mundane process is refreshing, other centres would advantage by implementing The Oakleigh culture MASSIVE Thank you!!

Very happy to say that the last 5 months I saw a difference since I joined max employment Oakleigh.they looked after me with interviews and offers for casual work and even full time work.Very organized employment office assisted me since I started working permanent with clothing and even petrol money at my first working week. Thank all the team

1 star is far more than they deserve , At max employment Oakleigh they have to be the most pathetic job network going around. The staff are absolutely unprofessional & rude. I hope one day they all become unemployed & get treated like garbage as they have done to me & I’m sure others

Greatest service centre in the Monash area, staff are very kind and professional. a listening ear is available, they have set me up for multiple screening and have helped me set my goals. fantastic work Max Oakleigh.

The team at this office have made me feel very welcome over the past couple of months. I wanted to write this review to publicly thank Marissa for her respect towards me and treating me like a person (that I feel a lot of job network offices lack). When i’m in the office I feel supported with not only the outstanding communication but also with the resources and time they can give me. It’s incredible that if I call up and ask if they can quickly help me fine tune a CV, they can. Marissa or Cassie will help me within minutes and help me produce a tailored CV and cover letter. Maria is always and every time with out fail so kind and clear on the phone, always asking how I am. Also the gentleman who desk is at the front of the office (i’m so sorry I forgot your name) has by far the best interview advice I have ever listened to. Many amazing tips to answering interview questions that can make you stand out.Again, thank you to this team for making me feel so supported and respected.

Needs more privacy everyone can hear other clients speak about personal things that’s not good and I’ve heard many ppl complain about that while waitingBeing in a situation where u need to go to a place like this can be uncomfortable and I believe privacy is very importantPlus when u need help on computers it’s very hard to get someone to sit with u and explain and I was made to feel very dumb and not everyone understands technology so they could really be much more helpfulI also believe they don’t help enough to get ppl into workThe system needs to be looked atAnd stop offering cleaning jobs to ppl who have pain and sufferingFind something they can physically do and that makes them feel happy about themselves so ppl can stay in the employment industryFind their passion and help them achieve their goalsStaff are mostly friendlyNeed more staff

Wonderful bunch of people who genuinely want to help you to get back on your feet and find work. They've all been extremely empathetic and compassionate to my situation - in particular Teghan, Cassie, and Michael. The consultants at the Oakleigh office make the difficulty of finding work actually bearable.

Lucky to even get 1 star... Been there for 5 years and have not put me up for interviews. Consultants are always hounding you and watching you cold call when I've never done cold calling in the past. Consultants are very hard to understand
