Amazing experience doing the BMBC program with Luke. Breathing techniques used for complicated situations.I did with my 2 kids based around surfing, and the knowledge plus ocean exercises we did during the session were awesome. Couldn't recommend this more. Thanks Luke.

Exceptional! Luke provided great coaching! Around a breath work routine I now use daily to prime my day, and a breath hold / under water session. During our time in the water I went from a state of acute doubt and feelings of inadequacy to having a 'I can't believe I just did that!' experience. I have never before had shift in paradigm like that in such a short period of time. Highly Recommended !!!

We had a wonderful afternoon of team building with Team Challenges Australia.Luke took our team of accountants and really pushed us to the limits, setting tasks that pushed the team both mentally and physically.We were able to tailor a program to fit the time we had available and to focus on the qualities we wanted to develop in our team. It was great to see the confidence that they gained through their achievements and the strengths that were brought to the fore in each of team members.As managers, it was interesting to see leadership qualities in individuals that had not been able to shine through in an everyday office environment. These are traits that we will now be able to explore to help our young accountants shine even more brightly.The whole program is “punchy” and purposeful with results based outcomes, it was professionally run. When Luke and his team are in charge there is no standing around, its all business!! The breathing techniques shown to the group have already become invaluable to us all. It was fascinating to see the results of these exercises and to feel the immediate benefits. No more double shot coffees for us!We would like to thank Luke for the genuine interest that he took in our group, the real passion he has for team and individual development and for allowing us to work hard and have fun as a true team.
