If you're looking for ube cake, and I mean the BEST ube cake in Sydney, you really need to look no further. I have been looking for the best ube cake (I love them) for the last four years usually for celebration centerpieces, so not just your ordinary ube cake. Finally, for the first time in years, I have found the benchmark for ube cake in Sydney, Paula's ube leche flan cake. It is hands down the best. Taste, texture, scent, and that soft creamy leche flan center. Clearly made with top ingredients and with love. It is a must try. Bravo Paula!

Amazing ube/leche flan cake! We’ve tried many but all are quite dense. In comparison, Pau’s cake is so light and fluffy - it’s delicious!!
