Basic job done ok, finishing very ordinary though, to a level I could’ve done myself and saved the money. Confusion around price , no official quote given , not managed overly well. Only a small job not sure if I got the “I don’t care” service. Was supposed to return to amend poor finishing, never eventuated (I cancelled one booked time, then was unable to get any response to texts or calls beyond that). Worse, when contacting Jim’s Head Office to ask for their assistance they absolutely ghosted - no outcomes to requests for basic assistance, 8 weeks , 2 follow ups still waiting. Jim’s Painting will put paint on your walls yes, but I wouldn’t use them if you want anything closely resemble professional service or work
