Have been suffering through regular ant invasions recently, no matter how clean we kept the house, so gave the guys at Flick a call. Peter Shephard came this morning and did a quick, yet thorough job of the property. Was accommodating of our cats, was friendly and polite. Looking forward to being rid of the pesky ant problem, and culling a few spiders along the way.Thank you for great service, at quite a reasonable price.Cheers.

I cancelled my pest control service several days before my requested service started, because my landlord had this preferred pest control team.However their financial system still charged from my card, which happened in mid December.I informed their admin team, i think they were quite polite and quick. But just that. I have not received my refund from last year til now Middle of March, 2023!We had calls and emails back and forth. On the phone they promised me to give me an updated, I never heard back from them. I know this is not a big amount, but I still need my refund?
