Clark Tanks Bathurst

I purchased my mist green 13,638 liter tank in 2010... on the plus side it's still standing and holds water ! To start from the beginning..... when delivered it had a crease in the middle of the base (from being strapped to the truck) the driver assured me it would flatten out once filled with water- that was a lie as the crease is still there and is probably a weak point now. The spot where the tap goes into the tank is curved and I suspect it is also part of the reason it now leaks at that connection. The top of the tank has faded badly so I recently spray painted it and it seems to be lasting ok so far. Just had another look and l noticed the areas l didn't paint have now faded.

Great tanks. Well made and sturdy. Unfortunately their deliveries are done by another mob who have no idea on calling ahead or delivering on the day notified. It happened twice. Both times were two days late, and the driver complained that people weren't there to help as instructed...

Average communication after purchase but the tank was delivered fairly promptly and on time. Unfortunately the overflow fitting supplied with the tank didn't fit due to the tank overflow being made 2mm to big. I contacted Clark tanks about this and Sharon passed it on to the manager but I never heard back with a solution. I had to spend money to resolve it myself.Now the tank is full of water. Unfortunately under the weight of the water the tank flexes and points the outlet towards the ground making it hard to fit any plumbing. Clearly there is a fault in their design as this was mentioned by previous reviewer.

Took delivery today of our second Clark Tank. Can recommend this company highly for service from the sales team and the driver Robert was very pleasant and communicated regarding delivery. Great job, very happy with your product and service. Thank you.

We had no problems dealing with this company. Got a quote. Paid deposit. Tanks arrived on the day and the time stated after balance owing paid. Have recommended to others who have indicated that they wish to purchase tanks. Happy with our purchases.

Great product at a good price. Ill be back.

Hi There - I,m a builder of 43 years and am appealing to people to please consider other brand tanks before buying off Clark tanks as their new 22,700lt mould has a round bottom that puts the taps coming off the tank on a 45 Degrees to the ground. [unless you put taps high off the ground to avoid the curve but loose lots of usable water] See Tankworld I have used those lately as well and they are good.

Don’t deal with this company. I ordered 2 large tanks a month ago, paid the deposit, only to receive a call today to say that they have not actually commissioned the mould for the tank and they can’t deliver before February next year, if then. What a complete disgrace, take the order, take the money knowing that they did not have the capacity to deliver. So now I am having to start again, but this time I will use a supplier who has some credibility and actually honours their contractual commitments.

Bought 3 22000l tanks and delivered last Monday. Have now followed up twice with no response regarding an install manual when installing the strainer and the outlet when drilling through the tank. The information provided has been second class.

Ordered tanks. Took our money. Waited to hear from them in regards to delivery. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Rang them. Delivery organised. No show. Rang then, delivery organised again. No show, no phone call. Still waiting to hear from them. Save yourself time and aggravation, go elsewhere.Just spoke with Luke the manager, got hung up on. Great customer service. This company has no idea what customer service is. If you want value for money, go elsewhere.
