Australia Post - Greenacre LPO

Always very helpful and very patient with the not so patient customers. This PO does get extremely busy & usually its just the husband and wife serving...they are always polite kind and willing to help those of us who arent quite sure on processes, goverment forms, statuary declarations, sending parcels overseas, transfering money. I have had a couple of instances where my mobile just doesn't get coverage & waiting for it to load is like watching grass grow....they have never kicked me out at 5pm when they close, always willing to stay behind so I can finish my transaction.....this is called old fashioned service! Something we just dont experience anymore...unless you visit here.

Completely useless, I called them before picking up to ensure I didn’t travel 3 hours to pickup a parcel they couldn’t be bothered to actually deliver. To then be told that it wasn’t as this post office and it was at another and that the person I talked to on the phone was as lying.

Employees should not really display their personal religious idols of worship in a government owned workplace that is a public service to the community. Its a post office not a religious place of worship. Personal religious idols and beliefs should be exhibited outside the post office.

Terrible customer service l. Zero rating. Go to Bankstown instead. Much more professional.

I wouldn't normally review a post office, but the couple who run this post office are absolutely wonderful and are a true asset to the community. They go out of their way to kindly and patiently assist every single customer and have helped me on so many occasions! A trip to the post office can feel very overwhelming with all of Australia Post's rules and technicalities, but the amazing couple who run the post office on Waterloo Rd are an absolute treasure! And I'm not the only one who thinks so! My friends and family often comment on how amazing the service is here! Thank you for all of your help! It doesn't go unnoticed and we appreciate you both!

My review is 5 stars for many reasons. The main reason is the staff, both Jane and William always go out of their way to help customers beyond the standard service. I have witnessed this many many times while I am in the queue. They are as fast as can be while maintaining a high level of care and attention to detail. I visit this post office sometimes 2 times a week. They are professional in every way especially when dealing with some customers who are abrupt and abusive because they can’t pay the m5 toll or they want a passport that is not the responsibility of the post office to issue. This post office does an outstanding job and I am grateful for the service they provide. In general people are fast to complain but not many people take time to actually thank people for providing an outstanding service. This brings me to this review to thank you all at Greenacre post office for your outstanding service.

Small-ish.People working there are very nice, polite but seems scared of something. Come on, I'm not that scary!No parking space, what's there is almost always occupied. Parking in Coles helps.Wish they open Saturdays, even for half-day. Or even for 1-hour, just so I can get my parcel.

There is no option of rating 0 star. Not efficient at all, redirected one parcel from Campbelltown takes more than a week to come and staff can’t help at all. Need better system to communicate in between post office branches, they should know people are busy.
