Outstanding customer service and caring staff who went the extra mile to help me find floor tiles that would match an older existing bathroom. Tiles were quickly ordered and came in the time frame that was expected. Prices were reasonable and felt well looked after considering we were just ordering a few boxes of tiles. Thanks so much!

Exceptional service! I dealt mostly with Phil Walker. I let Phil know I only needed two or three tiles, which meant I was only ever going to end up purchasing a single box for well under $100, but he still gave me the time to try and match the tile offcut I had with me. He even called a supplier to check if we could get the very close match he found for me - unfortunately the supplier had discontinued that line, so we couldn't get a new box of that particular tile. They let me take a sample of a readily available tile home to see how it looks in our shower among the existing tiles, which proved very helpful. Phil and the other staff made it a wholly pleasant experience. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs tiles for any size project, renovation or patch job.

Very rude old lady owner.They did not inform to collect the order properly but never accept their fault to communicate to customer.Poor attitude for service after being customers for 5 years … Never again.
