From the time that Sam returned my call (within 15 minutes) to when the job was completed (within a week) Sam was professional and knowledgeable. This company was very professional. Install had some minor issues, they scheduled an appointment for the next day and fixed the issue. Very happy with final result. Quote was easy, fast, and very professional. I purchased the Wifi controller for the Mitsubishi unit which makes controlling the unit from anywhere a breeze. Had a ducted reverse cycle Mitsubishi installed by Sam and his crew. Although there was a delay in delivery to the retailer due to COVID Sam kept us updated. The day after the unit arrived at the retailer Sam and his crew were installing the unit at our house. Great job great team and very happy with the quoted price, the service and the operation of the ducted system. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great company. Well priced (I did compare) and very reliable quick service, before AND after service. It's easy to take someone's money for a job but then never return calls...NOT SAM AND HIS TEAM. I had a small issue a week after installing my heating system which I couldn't understand or fix, I called the company back to help and without question Sam organised to get someone out in a couple of days to check out. It was just a case of a duct hose popping off. No extra charge for his workers time and unit working perfect again. No issues recommending these guys. Give them a call and see for yourself how easy and pleasant they are too deal with.

My AC & Heating Mitsubishi system blew up towards the end of July 22 due to a car hitting the power pole. Few days after I contacted Sam from Too Hot Climate Systems to provide me with a quote to change over the existing AC system. Within 3 days Nick turned up to provide the quote and gave the quote within an hour. I have another company provide me the quote as well and was too tardy with their response and gave excuses about short of stock. I rang Sam to confirm if he could do the work and Sam straight away said he can and to give him a week to get the stock from Adelaide and he will fit it the following week. As promised he did turn up and took the old unit out (was a difficult work due to a townhouse and limited space inside the roof to fit the new unit) and fitted the new unit back inside the roof. Since then he has been back few times to fine tune it due to new units run more efficiently and wasn't to my liking. Sam and his team has gone beyond their call of duty to fine tune it the way I like the system to work. Sam and his team are prompt, professional and helpful in solving the problems with very detailed in explaining and suggesting ways of preventing future problems. I have decided to continue with Too Hot Climate Systems for all our future AC work. I would also strongly recommend Sam and his team to all my family, friends and to the local community.
