Thank you Mark. My wife and I enjoyed a well prepared and excellent value-for-money meal in your Bistro at lunch time today. It was delicious, as were the desserts. We will be back soon. All the best.

It's OK. Pretty much sums it up. Under new management, the crowd is underwhelming, the pool tables have been needlessly removed, trivia night has been gone for a while now, and the brilliant bar tenders have been replaced. I dont see how this place makes money other than being the local pokies. Mediocre food for the most part, but the price of drinks is good. That said, all in all, the last time I went - on their prime night, Friday - made me think its not worth going to anymore.I hope this place can pick up the pieces as many a fond memory was made here before.

It’s nice to go to a place where they can cook a good steak, so many places struggle I fear toOrder one every time I go out. Ordered mine rare to medium and it come out just as I would like it to be. Couldn’t ask for any better.

Original review: Great pub, good food, cheap prices. Has a great salad bar with good choices that you don't see at pubs too much these days.Update: I ordered a chicken parmigiana. This is what I got. The chicken is not crumbed. Too much sauce. The sauce was horrible. The chips were cold and soggy. I'm fairly disappointed. Other meals have been fine.I talked to the chef. He was fairly dismissive of my view point that I have ordered 100s of chicken parmigianas in my life and never has that been what I received. He told me I should me a bit more observant and read. It is accurately described I had just read chicken parmigiana under schnitzel and made an assumption.Having said that, this is Australia and a chicken parma is crumbed! Don't order this item. You will be disappointed.

Great food and great service. Recently worked close by the pub and found the food and service amazing . The lunch menu is very extensive and fairly priced . I was calling friends to come and visit so we could enjoy this great food and real Pub lunch atmosphere. Thank you so much to the Bistro Staff and Chris behind the bar. Brilliant .

Saturday early afternoon and had lunch on a Tinder date that went south. Food was average and beer is always good regardless of where and how it’s served. I think the pub is in dire need of a major overhaul and work up. Obviously post Covid getting the patrons back is going to be a challenge for any business. Still, I think the pub needs to be given some TLC and a serious makeover.

If you like a side of hardware or need an extra kitchen cupboard screw then this is the place to go. We collected our order for dinner and upon arriving home and opening the lid on one of the meals found a 1 inch screw in the mash potato. Tried to do the right thing by calling the restaurant and it was met with doubt. They tried to say we put the screw in there! Absolutely horrified at such accusation and extremely disappointed. Will NEVER eat here again and will ensure everyone I know is well aware of the poor kitchen health and safety as well as the dismal customer service. Do not recommend if you value your teeth and stomach lining.

Food is average but cheapOnly one person cooking and trying to take orders in kitchen.If you have children and are walking into restaurant from car park through beer garden take note that the bar staff are dressed in g-strings & bras. Not what families with young children want to see.If bar staff need to dress like this in such cold weather they should stay inside the bar.
