Ross arrived on time and was very professional and efficient in his approach. He did a very thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house and the garden. He explained things to me very clearly and was very polite and friendly. There weren't any problems found and he gave me some helpful tips and guidance to help avoid future problems.

This was our 5 yearly inspection and external barrier treatment of the house for termites. Mathew was most thorough both with his internal inspection and with his treatment, not satisfied that some of the past drilled holes had been drilled deep enough, so redrilled what needed to be done. He was clean working, polite, informative and professional. The dealings with the Administrative staff in the lead up to the appointment was also excellent. Happy to continue our association with this company.

Your agent Ross arrived, as promised, at 8.30 a.m., and immediately set up his equipment to install the Termidor Barrier. We then cleared all the areas he needed to access to drill and then apply the treatment. In spite of it being a stormy day with some rain, Ross worked tirelessly and completed the job in three hours. We were immensely impressed with his work as well as his manner of approach. He is an excellent workman and agent for MRP

Wow I can only imagine the customer service isnide when people no have manners outside got chased out of a car park by someone working for this company. Maybe a littl bit of humanity and manners would go along way. Nothing like being acousted first thing in the morning great look for your business. Terrible.
