the customer service is absolutely despicable, if you ever end up in a live chat with Omer then I strongly suggest asking to be transferred to another agent, his customer service skills are appalling and not only did he not assist me with me with my enquiry, he has actually blocked me from using the live chat feature after I called him out for his pathetic lack of customer service skills. If you are reading this Omer then please look for a new job, it's really for the best. The agent on the phone (Ryan) was much more helpful than any of the pathetic attempts provided by Omer.

If I could give a zero I would. The service they provide is reprehensible. They send incorrect invoices, with incorrect charges and dates and when you follow up you hear nothing back for months until they refer you to a debt collection agency.Live chat barely works, you are put on hold for hours, then promised a call back, which you never receive. I've been hung up on and lied to about a multitude of things. Anyone considering using, look at Big Wet or Olinda Spring Water- they give you an email to contact that actually is looked at.Have filed a complain to consumer affairs and I encourage all other customers to do the same.

I'm sure this company were proficient in their day" but they are dismal to deal with now.I had so much trouble just trying to organise a delivery because they had put us on the bad payers list even though it was their accounts mistake. In the end I threatened to cancel our contract and they said OK

Really disappointed with the service that Neverfail supply now. Have requested someone to make contact via phone, live chat and email. The long wait times too when trying to contact the company nothing less that 40 minutes.Did manage to log in live chat last week after waiting over an hour and told at first that they couldnt fix the issues and would get someone to contact me....nothing againMoney being taken from accounts and paying invoices that were paid. Cant even log in today ....so disappointed after being a long time customer.Will be cancelling our account today unless they have a good answers.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced, we spent hours trying to make contact with them regarding an incorrect invoice, they never answered, called us back or replied to our emails, then they sent a debt collector. Cancelling our account with them and never using them ever again. Disgraceful business practice,

Appalling service….bottles don’t get delivered. First delivery was incorrect and second delivery just never showed up. Phone calls to Paisley - customer service was a waste of time. Unprofessional and incompetent and couldn’t find a solution or a reason why. Don’t waste your money or time

I wish I had read the reviews before signing up with this company. The customer service of both Aidan and Zane are shocking, the company lacks empathy and professionalism after taking money twice from my account and expecting me to wait over a month for a refund is ridiculous. Beware of purchasing anything from neverfail. Read the reviews and see for yourself 1star speaks for itself.

Don't sign up, or u can't cancel easily. I couldn't cancelled cancel online so emailed customer care to cancelled and received no response so after a few weeks I tried calling them again. In the meantime the bottles keep coming. I called up and they said they will cancel it and it was finalised over 6 months ago yet today I got a new invoice of delivery. This company will never fail to disappoint you.
