The engine warning light came on in my Mercedes, so I went to a Mercedes dealer who could book me in for next month which is not the service" that I would expect as I have to drive 800 km tomorrow and do not want to blow the motor up. A friend recommended "Eddie" of Compact Repair Centre and within ten minutes he had the computer analysiser on

Eddy and his team are knowledgeable and reasonable. They service all of our cars, Audi and Toyota at a significantly reduced price compared to the dealerships. They don’t tell you that you need new brakes (front and back) when you’ve still got 6-12 months wear left and then they charge half the dealership price. We are very happy customers!

Took my car in to have brake pads replaced. They ended up replacing discs and pads. That was okay as I thought they must have needed replacing. Was charged $880. Again, that's okay as I was pressed for time and couldn't shop around. After only a few days my brakes were squealing and the car would pull violently to one side if you had to put any force when braking. I took it elsewhere and the problem was rectified.My advice is to avoid this business at all cost and go to a reputable mechanic. This place is a joke.

Heavily booked but got my Audi back on the road at a fair price.

I had an issue with my BMW, went to every 'bmw specialist' all over the northern beaches,only to be disappointed and ripped off. I exhausted all my options and was about to give up until a friend mentioned to give Compact Repair Centre a ring as they used them for over 10 years. All I can say is, I wish I had known about them sooner! Edi and the staff fixed my issue in no time at all, for a fraction of what the others were charging. My baby is back on the road, running better then ever before! By far the best European specialist anywhere on the beaches. Thanks again xox
