I first met Keren over 10 years ago . I look back over this time and at each crossroad, challenge or bump in the road I have been able to navigate through and heal with her help.Keren is a gifted and gentle soul and who combines her vast knowledge and skill with an intuitive understanding of where you are at, and what you need. Every session over the years has been beneficial in different ways, but always at the end of my time with her I feel more calm, and focused. The sense of peace I have just by being in her presence is magical. Thank you Keren, I know you have helped many over the years and we are all grateful to have found you.

I had shoulder pain and it was going down to my elbow for about 8 months and couldn't get any relief from anyone, ultrasound and xray showed nothing. I went to see Keren and after the 1st visit the pain was hardly there, 2nd, 3rd and 4th visits was even better with my whole body feeling amazing like I was walking on a cloud and feeling taller.Keren helped me strip back the layers to when the pain started, I had strained it reaching backwards but it kept getting worse then a bit better etc etc.. it turned out that every time I was stressed about things happening in my life the pain went to my weak spot being my shoulder. After clearing the stress WOW I'm feeling the best I've felt in 8 months. I can't thank Keren enough the pain I was in was unbelievable, I had pretty much stopped using my arm and lost so much strength in it and now I can't believe no pain at all. Keren Wigley is a most beautiful caring lady, who goes above and beyond to help you with your health issues. My first kinesology experience that left me feeling energised, and improvement with my health issues over the following week. I'm feeling great and would highly recommend Keren with any of her wellness treatments.I will add, I had six weeks of traditional care from the medical system, for callagneous collitis, with no positive results! There is no cure for this rare disease, and only treatment is steriods. I can’t thank Keren enough for working her magic. I was a pack a day smoker for the better part of 6 years. In June this year my partner and I welcomed a baby girl into the world and I went to see Keren immediately. I’m proud to say that my appointment was a complete success. I no longer smoke cigarettes. I can cuddle my daughter anytime of the day knowing I don’t have cigarette smell all over my clothes, hands and breath. My fitness has increased dramatically since I quit too. If you want to quit and need some assistance Keren is the person for you!!!

I just keep coming back! I've been going to Keren for reiki and kinesiology for quite some time and the care, love and healing I recieved every time is beautiful. And the results are wonderful.I've also completed my Reiki 1 with Keren and it really was an incredible experience. I can't wait to do my 2nd level.

Keren is an amazing person & practitioner, she genuinely cares about her clients, their lives, goals and emotions. Keren has an innate ability and natural sense of picking up on what is happening with her clients the moment they work in the door.
