5 Stars to James at Greenslopes!! I've been buying Canon inkjet cartridges from this store for several years and never had a problem. However, last week the printer died and went to inkjet heaven. I decided to buy a Brother L2750DW mono laser printer. I phoned James last Friday with my best price from 2 other suppliers. He was able to match the best price and told me it would be in-store today - Monday. He texted me this morning confirming arrival. When I went to the store to pay for and collect the printer he made sure that I was aware that the toner cartridge in the box was a standard 700 page unit and that there was a 3,000 page high-yield unit available to purchase later. James even carried it to my car!! Exellent service all round!!

Bought a cartridge which ran out of toner two-times faster than supposed to. The printer still thinks that the cartridge is half full. Also the store assistant asked for price which was approx $10 higher than on their website. He blamed the computer when I told him that price was actually cheaper.I have brought the faulty cartridge back. A very kind store person offered me a replacement without any questions.
