I've dived with many boats and operations over the world, and I have my own boat here in Perth...But I still sign up for Winter diver every year because diving is about more than what happens on the dive, it's about being with other divers like you and meeting new buddies and friends and learning from others...and this boat and crew are all about the divers...not just the dive!

LIONFISH CHARTERS
We’ve been out on Lionfish IV as a family twice now. Both for snorkelling and whale watching. Such a great experience, safe for the kids (our youngest was 3 on our first trip) and so well looked after by Andrew and the crew. The kids loved hanging out in the wheel house, the freedom to explore the boat and chatting to Courtney about all and anything Whales! Today we had such luck and spent an hour watching mum and her calf frolic with a pod of dolphins, amazing.Overall a great family outing, if you’ve been hesitant to take your young ones out for an adventure on the water, these guys will ensure it’s a success.

Excellent double-dive trip out to Rottnest Island. The team are incredibly friendly, knowledgable and encouraging to divers of all levels, and the lunch spread is exceptional.

Excellent operator, Andrew and the Crew work tirelessly to find the best dive sites, excellent food and an enjoyable day out. The boat is big and kept immaculately clean, the team responded excellently to the COVID crisis with the modified services. Overall, a high quality operator with a fantastic and passionate team.

Really spacious dive boat that caters of all levels of divers from open water to technical and re-breather divers. The crew are top notch and the captain one of the best around! Having lived and worked in the dive industry all over the world (and I don't say this lightly), the Lionfish operation is one of the best I have come across.
