Had a great time browsing for a big fountain over 6 foot tall. Sorted through the myriad of ways to build it, selected it and we were able to stack it in the trailer and on the back of the Ute. Was a heavy load but cannot thank the staff enough for the complete service. I have unloaded it at home with some helpful hands. No just need to prepare the site with a solid base to mount the fountain.Chris

product had excellent quality and character.had a slight issue with incorrect details on website saying the product was bigger than it actually was, but they recognised the error and gave me a $100 discount. very good customer service.

Decisions, decisions!! So many choices. There is no other outlet like this one within a short hop from Ipswich. Ended up walking away with a cute little birdbath & putting a water feature on order. Plenty of helpful advice from the staff and the prices were much better than expected...

I bought a fountain just before Christmas. We came to view and buy on the same day and so happy they could do this for us. Though would have been smart to pack a few blankets but they supplied packing for us. Considering the price I would say we got good value.

Be warned. I paid for a 2 tier fountain including installation from this guy a few years back as a birthday present for my wife. He did such a dodgy job by not installing the pump hose correctly, it stopped working. I tried from Sept 2017 until November to get him out to repair the fountain. After phone calls and 13 text messages trying to get him to spare some time, he finally replied with a date and time and was to charge me $150 to come out, then $75 an hour. I replied back with Maybe cheaper I buy a new one?" He never replied

Nice quality and unique bird baths and statues with a good range. A bit low on stock due to the Christmas rush, but people there were very helpful in finding what we wanted.
