Just Floors Castle Hill

We had vinyl flooring installed throughout the house by Just Floors Castle Hill about 2 weeks ago. This installation was completed in two days.There was nominal fuss during the installation and the place was left generally clean. Just Floors was able to match a competitors price and when I needed to follow up they were quite responsive.We especially liked the workmanship with the stairs!

Just Floors Delivers!We initially asked Dave two quotes for two different occassion. Yet his customer service is outstanding! Dave is very responsive and we received the quote quickly.We needed to get our flooring replaced within the Christmas break 2020. Dave was able to fit in a time to remove the carpets and place in new floors.The price is competitive.Customer Service is excellent.Am happy with the quality of installation.4 bedroom, a formal lounge & formal dining was completed in a day.The contractors was clean. All had to do was vacuum.The only constructive feedback I would throw out there is slightly improve the communication. However, I do understand they were pretty busy during Christmas break so to get the things done within the extended timeframe, I'm ok with it.Would we consider going back? Defintely and have already recommended to my neighbour.

Dave was very helpful and was enthusiastic to get your business, in a very positive way. Built up a great rapport quickly and was ready to do a deal. Promised a great result and delivered. The floors look magic and one thing he didn't tell us. They feel great underfoot too. Bought European Oak Engineered flooring. Wasn't the cheapest but came up the best. Highly recommended. There was an issue with scheduling in the job, Dave didn't want to rush the job, he thought a little inconvenience to the client was worth the sacrifice to get a professional job.Have already recommended Dave and will use again.

Took our deposit and we didn't hear from Dave for several weeks even though we tried contacting him many many times during a stressful period moving homes... look at the other 1-star reviews for the same story..Please be aware he is not a registered Quick-Step supplier. Dave was due to install Quick-Step in our home but when we couldn't get in touch with him, we called Quick-Step which notified us that he was not a supplier and recommended to go somewhere else.He is unwilling to return our deposit and we are now lodging a claim with fair trading.

Dave was friendly and always expressed excellent customer service, We were provided with ample samples to to take home and never felt pressured to make up our minds. Dave understands the importance of choosing a new floor and gave us PLENTY of time to get it right. There was a great selection of products to choose from to suit a range of budgets and Dave had good knowledge of them all. The work was completed on time and we are very happy with our new floor. We first met Dave pre covid when our journey for a new floor began and we did not hesitate to contact him once we were ready to resume our search for the right floor. Worst experience and waste of money I’ve ever spent. 2 years down and about to be completely pulled up and replaced. Do not believe a word that comes out of Dave’s mouth. He does not honour workmanship or warranty. Product that was meant to be commercially robust has chipped and scratched. Beading all lifted away and gaps everywhere because it’s never been laid probably. Every flooring company that has come to quote on fixing or replacing says it’s the worst job they’ve ever seen. Dave does not return any calls once the floor is laid and he is paid. Do not to waste your time or disappointment or your money.

Forgot to write one but we were looking for vinyl flooring few months back and Dave, Just Floors provided with plenty of selection to choose from which were hard to find in many places, explained in details and never pushed to make up our mind.Great service, good material, quick delivery!!

Excellent service and products! We just installed plantation shutters this week, really nice work! The shutters make my home looks cleaner and brighter. Dave gave me many design ideas which are more suitable for my house. Thanks Dave!
