Definitely need to work on the way they judge and treat customers. May be experienced in terms of longevity but definitely not customer service. There is more competitive prices provided with friendly servie out there! Woth a shop around!

Can confirm, enjoyed the visit when the Berg Berg'd all over the place. one of the greatest Berg hobbies of all time. Bergest services of all time, would reccommend to any minor community within the ~5000 kilometer radius. If you meet berg , the bergest of men, prepared to get berged, you will love it.

Every hobby you could imagine jammed into one bit sized shop!I walk past Berg’s on my way to and from work and occasionally pop in at lunch for a few bits and pieces.They have trains, planes, models, rockets, etc!I haven’t had the chance to do so but the staff look like they have a wealth of knowledge that would cover any question you’d through at them!

I brought a rocket set from here and my kids and their cousins had immense fun firing it a LONG WAY into the air in a paddock. Great stuff, thumbs up Berg's Hobbies.

passive aggressive cashier :) no need to tell me your items are expensive - I can see the prices and I sure can afford them if I wanted to. I was being nice and didn’t take offense at the time.And it wasn’t nice how you kept pointing out that the model I pointed to wasn’t a red rattler. I don't need to be a buff to enter your store. Work on the way you judge and talk to your customers, thanks!

Not too long ago I went there and bought a GWR freight set and it was in perfect condition and the guy running it was very friendly and nice. There was one flaw with the train set as the engine stopped at the set of points and the whole set turned off but other than that it worked perfectly. I would definitely consider going back and I suggest going there. It’s definitely worth it.
