My first experience with this company, I bought a Chanel ring. I found the team excellent to deal with and I loved the ring when it arrived. I am based in WA, the lady in the shop was very obliging in sending me a picture of the ring on her finger so I could get a good feel for how it would look and it arrived within a week of being ordered. Very happy with Blue Spinach.

I just bought another bag from Blue Spinach and I couldn't be happier. The bag is gorgeous and the service was, as always, impeccable. They have also sold numerous items for me and the whole process was totally pain free. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

But due to the delays related to COVID-19 my delivery was a day late. Because of this, Blue Spinach refunded my delivery costs and PERSONALLY delivered my shoes (i live in the City). Jane went ABOVE AND BEYOND with all of my queries and questions.Beautifully wrapped and packaged with care.My favourite store in Sydney.

I called the store in regards to consigning designer scarf. The lady was so helpful I will definitely be telling my friends about it.

I can’t believe this store is sooooo over priced. A Louis Vuitton watercolour city keepall online is $3300 and they are selling it for $3960!!!! That’s a rip off!! Everything about this store is overpriced! Don’t shop here!

I adore Blue Spinach! Over the past 20 years, the owners have built a loyal customer base of devotees and I am one of them. I have been both a buyer and seller and have never been disappointed by my experience. Only items of the highest quality and authenticity are accepted (you won't find anything spoiled or marked!) and the owners' attention to detail is evident throughout the boutique. Great location and atmosphere and service is highly personable whilst discreet. Not to be missed if you appreciate some of the world's best designers and recyclable fashion at great prices.

Mixed experience. Friendly staff BUT I took a selection of designer shoes to the store to be placed on consignment. I had called previously to enquire. When I arrived, I was asked whether I had an appointment- No, when I'd called I hadn't been told I need one. Turns out they don't stock some of the brands I have. My recommendation is to call first and ask lots of questions about what you are looking to offer BEFORE you lug your items there. That was my mistake.

I have been shopping at Blue Spinach for over 20 years and have picked up some incredible items at about a quarter of the price I'd pay at Barney's or Bergdorfs.Great selection of menswear and accessories.Look a million dollars at affordable prices.Cannot recommend them more highly.

Highly recommended… Dealt with Jane, Mark and Emily on different occasions and they are all lovely, friendly and trustworthy…I like that they been around for a long time, reputable, and accept a wide range of brands, I have accumulated quite a lot of items and wanted to get rid some that I rarely reached/ used… so I love the fact that I could put different brands at one stop (at Blue Spinach)IMHO their Consignment rate is reasonable…and fair,they managed to sold my items.. very pleased.But they are very busy, so sometimes process and communication can be a bit slow.. (understandably.., especially during covid and post covid, and also…considering vintage and sustainable fashion are very popular) I usually call or email to follow up, and everything always resolve/ attend quickly…<3
