Officially the worst business ! The business was only recently bought out by this family Aaron and Debby.Previously, this was an excellent business, run by a very knowledgable, intuitive and helpful man.The husband Aaron has worked in some basic capacity with pumps for a while obviously, so therefore understands about pipe connections and so on, as I said, THE BASIC STUFF, but does not have the understanding about the heavy duty equipment they sell, such as pumps and the like, and furthermore NOT how to keep them well maintained, running properly, what to expect when something appears wrong or even when the water is low and what to do to prevent them from running dry overheating and ultimately exploding (A KILL SWITCH). The basic prevention methods that stop this from happening should be considered and advised accordingly which all pumps should have as a safety mechanism to prevent such from happening!, considering the pump you invest in would be worth hundreds if not thousands of dollars to buy in the first place!Basic customer curtesy......LACK THERE OF.My pump exploded due to their lack of experience, knowledge and care for me as their customer, and no doubt other openly inexperienced customers that rely on them for accurate and precise knowledge on how to use the equipment properly and protect their investment. My investment was $3,500.00, which became useless in the first week of ownership after having the above company help me install on sight.The only advice they gave me was to put plumbers tape on pipe connections and threads that I in all honestly had NOT done properly. Nothing else!Besides the fact the owner Aaron who came that day to help me install the system was actually late to arrive by over 30 minutes, so when I ducked down the road and came back 5 minutes later, he actually claimed he had been waiting for 20 minutes and that he would have to charge me another $50 more for waiting. Well, needless to say that didn't go down very well and was not going to happen, in my response the first thing I said to him was that HE was late and that I had been waiting for 30 minutes before leaving to my appointment, which I had previously advised on the phone to his wife Debby in the office prior to his arrival, when i called the office to ask where he was because he was so late! and advised Debby that I would be back in 5 minutes incase Aaron arrived whilst I was gone. Aaron did arrive when I was gone and then immediately attempted to RIP me off by claiming he had been waiting for 20 minutes.He quickly changed his tune when I told him I had called his office asking where he was 5 minutes earlier and advised his wife Debby that he was 30 minutes late and that I had to duck down the street for 5 minutes, which Debby acknowledged. I showed him my phone log to his office as proof. (This was the first fine example of distrust for this business).They then sent me a bill for $88.00 for this appointment, not the full $99.00 they originally quoted, I spose a $20 discount for attempting to RIP me off was their way of rectifying the problem. To date I have not paid this amount even though I have been in their shop physically a few times to pay in person and in cash, but the absolutely useless staffing they have working there kept me waiting for over 20 minutes on each occasion, which just put the icing on the cake.Now their threatening debt collectors and the like if I don't pay their bill.Ultimately, they will get their measly fee. but at a cost.All their potential customers get to read this note.Let this be a lesson to anyone in the general Noosa region.DON'T GO TO THESE PEOPLE @ Think Water Noosa.People who buy themselves a job and don't have the brains nor the know how to run a business let alone a successful should NOT be in business!!Basically unemployable people buying themselves a paypacket off the back of a previously successful small business owner.Unfortunately there is more than the fare share of these types of businesses and business people in the Sunshine Coast!!!

Went in to get some fittings for an irrigation pump. I got excellent knowledgeable service and advice here. Plenty of friendly staff and well stocked showroom.

After having Noosa’s Think Water spec/install our new bore pump and the result of a minor issue some months later, the team were highly responsive in quickly rectifying the issue. Good service with most importantly, an experienced team.

I have been dealing with this company for about seven years and have always been happy with their professionalism and reasonable pricing. The new owners, who took over a couple of years ago, are, in my experience, maintaining the same level of professionalism and reasonable pricing. The young bloke (Luke) who serviced our pump today was intelligent, articulate, pleasant, and clearly knew his way around pump-related issues. He repaired our pool solar heating pump which had frozen and needed a new capacitor, and diagnosed an air leaking problem in our pool pump.

Ross did a fantastic job fixing our outdoor irrigation system that was such a mess. So friendly and efficient which made everything a whole lot easier with a newborn! Thanks so much

I had a reasonably complex filtering and pump system needing to be built with some difficult hurdles requiring some expertise. The young bloke who served me and helped me through figuring out what was required was great. A real asset to the team. Excellent service. Thanks!

The guys at Thunk Water were really helpful in helping me source all the pieces I needed for my small irrigation problem. They went above and beyond. Definitely recommend them.
