Very happy with the service, repair time and price.My 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer alternator belt broke and was replaced. While replacing the alternator belt, the mechanic called me to inform that the engine belt was in a bad shape as well. This was also replaced at the same time. As mentioned before, I am happy withe service and would recommend it.

Ricky was prompt and professional. Serviced my Holden at a great price then did some additional stuff at a very small cost. He also advised me on what to look for in future servicing and what needed work when, etc. Generally very kind and knowledgeable man and a great shop. Highly recommended.

I took my car in for a RWC. The car was failed with a list of things to fix, with a 14 day deadline. As required, I fixed everything on the list yet was failed again due to a 'noise' at the front, left of the car. The mechanic could not & subsequently would not tell me what was causing the noise, & refused to give any further information. After pushing for an explanation, i was told it was the drive shaft, 'the car is a RWD car therefore there is no drive shaft in the front'. I realised the mechanic would do nothing to help me & during the conversation, the mechanic himself even admitted to only doing the bare minimum required, so never had any intention of helping me.Not only do they have low standards & a bad work ethic, they have limited knowledge of basic car mechanics & will happily take your money for sub-par work.

My car needed a new clutch and Ricky fit me in early so that I could get back on the road quickly. Very reasonably priced and the car feels great. They do a really great job

I could not expect more of any mechanic. My job was prioritised, as I expected the necessity of ordering a part. However work started promptly and the problem analysed. A little know how and the problem was fixed without the part being required. I could not be happier with the service.

I was in desperately requiring a road worthy for my car over the Xmas & new year period. Did a great job turning it around quickly and helping me out at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Went in because the dreaded check engine light came on. Ricky not only diagnosed it straight away for me but also gave me a fabulous quick lesson in mechanics and explained exactly what the problem was - which I fully understood, impressive since I know nothing of cars really. He also did not push for a quick sell and said the issue was minor and could wait for my next service. I believe that showed integrity and honesty. We have all our cars serviced there and am so glad that Ricky has taken on the values, service and pride that Thomas built the business on.

The team completed a Road Worth Certificate (RWC) on my car, and I can say his services was great and very friendly. He fitted me in within 3 days. I had to get 1 thing fixed to meet compliance, after I got the issue resolved to be complaint, I gave him a call and relooked at the car same day to pass the RWC!
