Lady on the 1300 number rude and unhelpful. We live 6 mins from RIVERSIDE but does not come to our area. I feel the local franchise is missing out on business in this very hard economic time. The lady at the call centre obviously has no knowledge of the Launceston area.

6 months ago I contacted Blue wheelers, and I was told I would get a call back within 24hours , still waiting. Very poor!
