The stuff are so rude and I had very bad experience twice. I asked for carpet colour then I’ve realised the one they gave is wrong in colour then I asked is this the colour that I’ve got they said yes, then again I insist the guy like sorry we did a mistake it’s wrong. I was like how comes? All carpet has a code number on.Second time my family went there to buy a carpet. They treated very rudely and said don’t come again here. Who can treat to a customer like this? How comes they can be this much lowly? What did my family to you? Did I or you did to us that fault?

I am very happy with the work done to replace the old carpet with new one in my bedroom. The have a great selection of carpet. Receiving a quote and arranging the work was very smooth, and the guy who replaced the carpet did a great job.

This is the best carpet store in Dandenong. The staff are super friendly and went out of their way to get my vinyl planks delivered within a few days. They were also the cheapest by far for our carpet. I highly recommend them.

Ange, Alex & the team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Their assistance in choosing our new flooring was highly valuable to our renovation process. Both our floor & carpet installers were extremely thorough and precise in their install. I purchased a carpet in 2014 for a ridiculously discounted price because it was a remnant that I had made into a large rug. Years later I needed to do the same thing again and The Carpet Centre offered a fantastic discount on a new carpet that again, was made into a rug. Service was great and quality of carpets excellent. Can't speak more highly of the staff and service.

I cannot believe the poor reviews. Angelo and Helen are the most professional and pleased people to deal with. The entire process has been an absolute pleasure, from the day we met them at the store, they have helped us through the process.Today we had William to install the beautiful carpet we found at the store. (Not an easy process as they have a large range to choose from). William has done an excellent job, clear finish, attention to detail not to mention his friendly personality.Highly recommend this company, after visiting many of the big retailers and having quite a few people over to give a quote you cannot go wrong with Angelo and the team. They offer good prices and excellent quality.

My wife and I had floor boards layed in our whole house done by the carpet centre. They were recommended to us. And all I can say is from the moment we walked in until the job was done our experience was amazing. The service they provide is very professional. We were taken care of by Billy. He sat us down and spent his time explaining everything into detail he's knows everything there is to know about flooring and carpet. The carpet centre team are all very professional friendly staff and will go above and beyond for customers 100% satisfaction. They had a cancellation before christmas and i had asked previously if they did could i be the next in line and they made it happen.Highly recommend them!

Friendly service, competitive prices & quality products won me at the start, then the fitting service was the cherry on the cake. First class tradesman. I hope not to be buying carpet again for a long time but if I am this is the only place I'm going to.
