I like shopping in store. I always have a great experience in store. Online for me was not a good experience. I bought an item online about a month ago. I created an account, there was a minor problem with it and when I asked customer service to look into their reply had nothing to do with my enquiry. It eventually got sorted, no problem. It took 7 days for me to receive my order. In my opinion that is too long, especially when you ship from Sydney Metro to a Sydney Metro address. Your competition ships same or next day for arrival next day or day later.Then you ask me to write a review. I write an honest review, the review is moderated and found 'vague'. My review was found VAGUE and did not meet your guidelines. What are your guidelines? When a review is less than 5 stars you deem it vague, is that one of your guidelines? People trust reviews as the authentic voice of other consumers, personally I am against over-moderation. I do understand some form of moderation may be required to ensure a basic level of appropriateness and relevance. Why would a bad delivery experience not be accepted? I think users would find it useful to hear about your slow processing and shipping. Not? Review moderation dilutes and I would not go as far as calling your review system fake but transparent that it is not. I still love Rebel though.

Rang the Warriewood store tonight about a product l wanted to buy and received such wonderful customer service from a lovely young man by the name of Nick. Didn't have what l wanted in their store so he told me he would look if there was any stores that had one and would ring me within the next half hour. True to his word l received his call (within the half hour) and has arranged to have the product sent to Warriewood for me. Nick is a great asset to your store and company, as he is a helpful, well spoken and polite employee who knows how to look after customers extremely well.Please make sure this is passed on to him and he is given the necessary accolades.Kind Regards,Vicki
