Supersoil Garden Centre - Lilydale
We had some soil delivered to our home for a landscaping project. The truck driver hit our letter box when putting the soil in the driveway (the letterbox was fine in the morning but damaged after he had left). I contacted SuperSoil to see if they would compensate for our now damaged and bent letterbox. The driver had claimed he was nowhere near the letterbox (it is right next to our curved driveway so there is no way he hadn't hit it) and they said they wouldn't do anything about it. Very disappointed that we now have to purchase a new letterbox because the driver and company don't want to admit fault.

Brilliantly helpful, friendly and know staff. Kevin was especially great to deal with. He made incisive suggestions to assist us with our needs and he was right! The very affordable prices also left us gobsmacked. Highly recommend. We will be back... again and again

Amazing experience. From speaking with Jamie this morning helping me to work out how much soil I needed, to Kevin, our driver who went over and above to deliver our soil and weed-mat within a couple of hours from ordering, both with smiles, and a happy disposition, our boxes are built and filled, ready for planting! I bought 2 cubic metres of veggie soil. I went to the location in lilydale to check the soil for myself, I felt, smelled and inquired about the mixture before purchasing. I was satisfied with the product. On delivery I got mountain soil instead . I was so disappointed, I called the following day to complain, I was told the boss would call me back, still have not heard back. I feel so ripped off...

Great selection, great prices, great quality. Customer service and communication is pretty non existent in the yard between loaders/truck drivers and paying customers, can be dangerous at times, especially when busy.

Their website made covid shopping easy and they were able to answer all of my questions and sort me out with next day delivery.Watching Kevin navigate our steep and awkward driveway to deliver our goods was the highlight of the experience.We are very excited to finish off our garden!Thank you to all!
