Great company to deal with ...I needed some replacement locks for my big checker plate camp box & after driving quite some distance down to their factory to pick them up, they'd closed a little earlier than normal on a rainy Friday arv', understandable ...As a lovely PR good will gesture & to save the inconvenience of me going back, they mailed me out 2 new locks at no charge so I'm stoked !Very happy indeed. They're a great lock too. New style in all brass with a real heavy duty chucky feel and strong as, looks like an improved anti-security barrel too ...So well done guys, I'll be back for sure. Thank you for your service & for helping me out. Cheers gents
