My rescue dog and I visited the Monva Vale store yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The variety of product and service was excellent. Access to the store and parking was great and I would highly recommend this business to anyone with pets, or even if you don't have any fur kids. We'll be regular customers from here on in. I really like the large warehouse style store. Makes it easy to find everything and my dog loves to choose his own treat. They often have a discount on the huge 12-20kg bags of dog food, which I look for. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful each time I go there.

Highly recommend!! I recently bought a puppy and came in to get some supplies and the lady was so so helpful and informative. I will only shop here from now on purely because of the extra mile she went too!

I was given the Royal Run Around from Hornsby to Mona vale to Brookvale back to Hornsby again to Mona vale, no thanks to Helen back again to Brookvale. If it wasn't an urgent purchase I would have bought it online from manufacturers. Personally, would not recommend this company.

Angela went above and beyond to help me make the best choice for my Siberian cat over the phone no less as we are in isolation with a positive household case. She was incredibly helpful and compassionate and ensured the chosen cat food was behind the counter when my relative came to pick it up on my behalf. Thankyou Angela 10 out of 10 customer satisfaction and service!
