Lagoon Caravan

We have had our Lagoon Pasadena for 12months & have travelled around Australia.Totally happy with Caravan quality & performance. We live full time in this Van & cannot fault the workmanship or fittings used. Value for money that’s for sure. Thankyou Lagoon.

We bought our caravan approx 4 years ago,So think its time to write a review. When we ordered our van we made some modications which were completed without any hassles.Van rides really well. It's strong frame makes us feel safe. Fitting and fixtures are also well laid out. We had a minor issue with some of the cabinetry and even though it was out if warranty they fixed the issueA good company to deal with and would recommend

They took my deposit back in August 2019 at a caravan show saying that they could build me a custom caravan. Two weeks before the delivery date Feb 2019 they contacted me to say they could not build the caravan. Now 6 weeks later I am still waiting on my deposit being refunded. Each time I contact them the people to deal with are either not there or they say they have done the transfer. When I ask for proof they don't provide any.I finally got my deposit back after 8 weeks of constantly contacting the company. They build great vans if you can get one which is why I went with them for a custom van. Pity they could not do what they said they could. Maybe it was an over confident sales person who knows.

Anyone thinking about buying a van from this company. Hang on to your money because once they have your deposit the service goes terribly downhill we bought a woodland last year. Took delivery of it 2 months overdue everytime we called we were told lies. Lying is this company's trademark. We have had plenty of problems since which are all fixable but they are not interested the recent one being that the front loader washing machine fell off the wall no damage was done thankfully. However rather than put it back we have decided to take it out we now need laminate to cover up where it was on the wall 3 weeks later we are back to the lying scheme we have sent it they say. Well either Aus post has lost it or ???? I wonder. We thought we were letting them off lightly just asking them to send laminate. But looks like we may have to take it further

Unfortunately my experience was different than some of the reviewers here. The company lack proper communication and aftercare. The product itself is not too bad, my van was 4 months late due to covid, which is fine. I was not able to pickup the van and had to have it transported to Perth.By doing it this way there was no proper handover. After delivery the following was noticed.1. the necessary paperwork to get the van registered in WA is non-existent and has the wrong details.2. The weights stamped of the van are NOT the actual weights, in mine case there was a 140kg difference (van was empty)3. No brake capacity forms which are required to register the van, forms were later send but for the wrong brakes, so not accepted.4. The toilet came with extras, it was used5. The rear bumper was only halve fixed due to use if the wrong thread bolts.6. The generator enclosure was not finished, the internal timber frame can be seen.7. Additional extras (bought and paid for) were not included.8. The VIN number stamped was incomplete (again a registration problem).9. Waterpump not working10. Emails, phone calls text since November 2021 but still no response.I realize covid is not making it easy for anyone, but I provide excellent aftercare to my clients, so what's lagoons excuse?Don't get me wrong, its a good van....but keep in mind the above before you order anything, you might miss out on aftercare* Update of review after 2 months (4+ months since delivery). Some problems were acknowledged, most were deflected (appearantly they had a 3 month Christmas break and I didn't pay 4k for shipping, which my bank statement says otherwise)....and non were solved as per march 2022.

Our first caravan they built with kitchen around the wrong way, our second build they used an old Aircon unit on a brand new van. They didn’t hook the Aircon up to the $10,000 battery system, solar panel was cracked, the electrical system was wired incorrectly. The attention to detail with these vans is poor even the stickers were applied and cut very poorly. I would never do business with this company again, will not answer calls/emails, very hard to deal with.

Disgraceful people to deal with at any level. Purchased a caravan from them with $1000 deposit and option to cancel at any time with full refund. We cancelled as we couldn’t sell our existing van. Despite many promises and the intervention of consumer affairs over 7 months we still don’t have our money. Now awaiting a response from VCAT as we are now forced to take legal action. Update on 24 Jan 2019. Cancelled VCAT as they finally repaid my deposit. Interesting that 2 days ago I received the Registered Mail back that enclosed all documents for VCAT as it was unclaimed. I always get worried about companies that don't collect registered mail. What are they afraid they are getting?????

Collected our Lagoon Pasadena Caravan 9 hours before lock down here in Victoria. We are so excited and happy with the van. The handover was superb and for example changed the stabilisers then and there due to the height of our car. During the week we have had time to appreciate all the excellent design features in the van and the quality of fittings etc. Very well thought out. Could not be happier with our purchase. Another absolute positive is that it is Melbourne built. Thank you very much Lagoon Caravans.

If there was a Zero Stars I would give it. This company has zero integrity.Has refused to refund $80k for caravans purchased from them. Management is hopeless couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag.Refuses to release vans that have been paid in full.Refuses to refund monies given to them in good faith.DONOT BUY A CARAVAN FROM THIS COMPANY......They have Zero customer service . They will no doubt try and weasel their way out of this review by blaming everyone under the sun for their misgivings.Cant comment on the quality of caravan as I've never been delivered the vans I paid for .Again Dont Buy From This caravan company.They also use seperate identities to hide their behaviour (scope Caravans).Again The worst of the worst...
