I can’t actually articulate how happy I am that we found Jamie. He will encourage you to ask around, get quotes etc, but still his price will be better. The important aspect is that his work is above and beyond. He thinks about every single detail that as a new homeowner/not a trades person I would never have even thought to think about. He has guided us through every step of our renovations, made sure we had other trades to continue on the process while he project managed the whole thing. He went far above what he was hired for and instead of the whole process being daunting, he made it a really enjoyable experience.I am, beyond words, so happy with everything his team and he has done for us. Jamie and his team removed the centre pillar to convert two single door garages into a double. I am thankful for the great job they’ve done – you can see the pictures.The job is far from straightforward – involves assessment by an engineer, and the structure needs to be adequately supported while removing the pillar as it may easily crumble. No wonder I had a bit of a sleepless night before the job started. But seeing Jamie and his team working on it I became confident the structure would hold and results would be good.Jamie was very thorough explaining the process and issues we are facing, what result I should expect, and potential touch ups we may want to do additionally. He carefully listened to all my concerns and addressed those.And Jamie is very honest – the job was done when he said it would be done, at the price he initially quoted me, and with great result! We were so lucky to find Jamie and his team to repair a sagging lintel over our front door and so pleased with his work that we had him back the same week to remove 2 in-wall air conditioners and brick up the holes.Jamie and Terry's expertise and attention to detail resulted in a perfect morter colour match, pointing and brick cleaning of our original repurposed bricks.Thank you for your friendly and professional service. Jamie and his team did a brilliant job removing a structural wall and making good, as well as installing a bifold window and door. Jamie kept in contact prior to the work being completed, and while his team were working, to ensure we understood the process and were well informed. At every stage of the project, Jamie and his team were forward looking and seeking to make it next-trade ready. The work was completed on time, to a high standard and at an affordable price. The team made the space clean at the end of each day and interacted well with the rest of the family. The team clearly take pride in their work. I contacted Jamie from AABS regarding converting a two door garage opening into one large one. First he talked me through the process and steps to follow e.g. Engineering and supply of new door and he gave me an estimate cost for his services . After I completed these steps I contacted Jamie to book he and his team to do the work. He and his team arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. They completed the job on time and within budget. My Wife and I were very happy with the outcome and can highly recommend AABS and Jamie and his team.
