From an initial browse on Facebook I posted I was after a Ranger.Ben sent me a message and from there we began discussing my options and what he could do for me.After much discussion he was able to source my new car, we came to an agreement on accessories and an amazing price.Ben went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was after.The day of pick up could not have gone more smoothly, I finally got to meet Ben and couldn't express my gratitude enough, he explained the vehicles features very clearly and happily answered some of my stupid questions with a smile.If you're in the market for a new car, please give Ben a call. Awesome Customer service from Shane in the spare parts department!I was after an adapter for my Ute to trailer. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.Cost $55 for a genuine Ford part.There is also genuine Ford apparel available, like caps and stubby holders etc.Easy parking out the front.Wheelchair ♿ access and parking is available.

Very disappointing service, purchased a mondeo with a warranty and has had continuous issues with coolant leaks for seven months. Over them seven months rebel ford have had the car in the service department for a total of 12 weeks trying to find a coolant leak. Eventually head has gone and apparently we are liable to pay $2000 due to their unprofessional staff that can't find a leak. Very Very disappointed.EDIT:Steve your comment is untrue, we have never had a blown hose and car has never overheated when we have driven car. Your mechanic overheated car (stated on our invoice received from you) the whole issue was caused by a faulty thermostat that you guys fitted. We will be seeking legal advise for recovery of funds paid as we brought the car in multiple times to fix leak and was told to drive it as it wasnt leaking.. Also untrue is the cost you stated. Rebel ford paid $2750 for engine from athol park ford wreckers and cost of fitting was $1250 totalling $4000 so where is this $7000 you mentioned?

Zac and Brock have been brilliant with the new ranger . Have been extremely honest keeping me up to date with the delivery times .Nothing was too much trouble . Will definitely use and recommend Rebel Ford .

TERRIBLE customer service and service department. i had our car looked at last march and promise to have the part arrived 2-3 months and been still waiting until today we have been calling every week 2 weeks to find out if the parts have arrived. everytime we got hold of the reception or service department they dont know anything or will say they will call back but but never did. i hope every customer reads review so they can find out about that this dealership is terrible when in comes to service.
