These guys are super helpful. Was wasting a tonne of money doing self tests and buying chemicals from bunnings, but just couldn't get the pool blue again. Two trips to the Poolwerx and it's looking clear and clean again! Really recommend the water testing. I was sceptical as I thought they would use the test as a way to sell you heaps of chemicals, but they weren't pushy at all. Just told us what needed to be done, and left it up to us if we wanted to purchase anything. They also don't push their service agreements on you, which a lot of places do.

Blown away by the old school service here.My pool vacuum was broken so I took it to Poolwerx at 4:30pm on the 29th of December.... Expecting that I'd drop it off and pick it up sometime in the new year.Frank (the owner) dropped whatever he was doing and spent 30 minutes on a quick repair.... And wouldn't charge a dime for his time and efforts.Definitely recommend this place and will be going back as needed

Ordered parts 5th March, difgicult process. Had to call the manufacturer to get parts numbers, then call back Poolwerx to order the parts. No response by 16th April so called back & got someone who had no idea what I was talking about who said she'd 'Ask the boss when he's in.' No response back.

I found Frank at Poolwerx fantastic to deal with. He promptly returned my calls and messages and was easy and helpful to deal with. I'd highly recommend this business.

I want to thank Frank and his team for the recent replacement of my pumps, filter and chlorinator and new heat pump. I was provided with excellent advice and a great range of products to suit my needs. The installation was tricky due to a tight location but the guys persevered and got it all done quickly and neatly. I'll be making Poolwerx West Penno my regular pool shop from now on. Good work!

I wish I could give these guys 6 stars.My pool got badly smashed up when a massive gum tree fell on it during the storm that hit the hills area just before Xmas last year.Pumps, piping, filter, chlorinator, pool fence, and pool tiles were wrecked and it got pretty putrid waiting for the the insurance company to pay. With Franks help (owner) we got the right payout after being severely lowballed by insurance.During the fix I was really impressed with the level of technical know how of Frank and his team. (Frank has a background in Chemistry). I also appreciated the communication and suggestions offered and the easy approach way Frank and his team interacted with me to get the job done right.The result is that my pool repair came in under budget is now super easy to maintain and it has never looked betterThanks Poolwerx West Pennant Hills

Like these professionals. Always willing to help even if I am not buying. Changed a testing parameter at the request of my surface provider. Good price for chemicals, carryy 20 litre chlorine to my car.

We were selling our home and the pool water was not clear. After trying many chemical options, Frank identified how to fix it. He then rescheduled his work the next day to install a new filter so the pool was ready for open homes. Outstanding service and we are very grateful. I would highly recommend this business. I have been using Poolworx West Pennant Hills for some time now and have always been very happy with their advice and service. Recently had a need for installation of a new skimmer box and replacement of sand filter sand with glass crystals. Two of the Poolworx team, Gerry and Andy were sent by the Poolworx owner (Frank) to do the work. They were prompt, did an absolutely marvellous job and we’re so professional in carrying out the work. Couldn’t be happier. Pool looks fantastic. I highly recommend this pool shop. Best I’ve ever used in my 30+ years of owning a pool.
