Honestly very disappointed with this place. Unknowledgeable and unreliable.I booked in my van to get some work done. At the time of booking I told them the vehicle was a Mitsubishi Delica. I needed this work doing at the start of my holiday in Tasmania. I had also booked to get new tyres the day after this appointment because the suspension problems had ruined my previous tyres. The day before I receive a reminder email with the wrong vehicle on it. I call to confirm and I'm told that they don't work on my vehicle, even though I told them what the vehicle was when I booked it in. Now I can't get anyone to do the work at such short notice and I will have to cancel the tyre replacement because if I don't get the suspension fixed, the new tyres will just get ruined as well. I had also already promised the old tyres to someone on marketplace and sold the spare tyre. I'm up the creek without a paddle.DO NOT get any work done here. Clearly the staff don't know what vehicles they do and do not work on. You run the risk of having your appointment cancelled last minute.

Had new shock absorbers fitted, extremely happy with the product, service and communication, couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I got the safety check here. They said the brake pads had 4mm on them and would need replacing in 10,000ks. I booked it in with my mechanic at 10,000ks, they ordered the brake pads. I went to pick it up later that day and they said the brake pads dont need replacing and still have half the thickness. Avoid this lot, they are scammers!
