I would not consider using this company for a reverse cycle system. This is a list of some of the issues that we have had:Individual controllers were not installed during the rough in, which required holes to be cut into the house's steel frame, and a light cable was cut into.One controller was installed with one screw (not the usual two), resulting in a loose fit. It took several revisits for this to be corrected.One ceiling was cut during the installation of the duct. The cut was some 20mm from the duct.The company was told not to install pipes in the wall cavities, this was done, resulting in a noisy vibrating cable behind our TV.The system was never set-up correctly. After 10 months we have had a separate company come to fix, who told us this and set it up correctly. It now works so much better.It was difficult to get a response from their office, and we were told that we never lodged a service request with them, even through we have messages from them. REALLY???There is no coordination between their office and field crews, resulting in poor customer service.

Abysmal customer service. Have tried on numerous occasions to arrange a service and upgrades for a system they installed and have never heard back. Can’t comment on initial installation process but their post installation service does not exist. Do not use this company.
