They do not honour the Australian Consumer Law rights. Earring broke within 2 weeks, will not refund under major failure. Store managers unhelpful. Spend your money elsewhere.

Cheap jewellery…Have spent thousands here, use to have both hands full of gold rings but there jewellery constantly fills too bits and costs you more in upkeep with repairs.Only 3 rings left standing on my hands & those are from Michael Hill over 10 years ago…NEVER AGAIN, it’s cheap for a reason!

DONT GO HERE.I Went here today on Friday the 6th of may 2022I Was treated like some sort of criminal when I asked to see something. I've purchased alot from this store over the years and all of a sudden was asked for photo ID and a credit card, I gave her my phone which had both the things she asked. She viewed my license as don't carry physical cards. Wasn't good enough. So I handed her a wadd of cash she could hold and also was enough.I felt embarrassed as other customers started looking at me while I proceeded to pull everything out of my pockets, she was so rude and smug about the whole thing. I might also add I was there with my 5 year old son and we were both dressed in nice clothes etc.I went to jeweller a few shops down they were more than happy to let me try on a necklace which I might add I also purchased. I will never ever go back to sheils in a milion years

Teresa the store manager is a complete angle. My engagement ring had a diamond fall out and I was stressed because of misinformation from a different sheils store... she called repairs and got me the information needed in getting my ring repaired. She was friendly kind and caring through the whole process of me stressed out. Couldn't thank her enough. Definitely recommend the ttp store and the store manager:)

I bought a bracelet after Christmas that I had issues with the clasp, I took it back to TTP Store and was served by Teresa S Manager where she swapped it over. I had the same issue with this one and returned to the store and was looked after by Teresa again. Her service was exceptional as she went truly over and above helping me select another bracelet. Shiels is very lucky to have her as part of their Team. She truely is a keeper. She is just a delightful person and made me a very happy Customer

DO NOT GO TO SHIELDS FOR JEWELLERY!!! My partner proposed and bought me $3500 engagement ring and a life-long care plan purchased from a shields store. 3 days into wearing the ring the diamond had fallen out and chipped, I had taken it to ttp shields to get repaired, they had told me it was my fault the diamond had fallen out and that they would only fix it the one time. 2 days after receiving the ‘repaired’ ring the diamond had yet again FALLEN OUT and chipped further…. (A 9ct diamond equivalent to $3500 should not fall out!!!) i had then taken it back to shields ttp in which they said I would need to pay the full fee of getting it fixed and again, it was my fault. Its now been 1 year and I have not worn the ring at all as I can not afford to get it fixed out of my own pocket. Please DO NOT buy from shields unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for jewellery that will break so easily! I will never be coming back to shields for jewellery again.

The service I received from a lady named Sammy was amazing! I was really specific with what I was after and she really helped me find the right piece. I didn’t feel rushed at all and was really appreciative of the time she took and the advice she gave.

We received absolutely outstanding customer service from a lady called Shannon at Shiels in Tea Tree Plaza Modbury. Her advice and understanding of what we were looking for was so helpful, with such professionalism. We purchased our gift with complete confidence thanks to her knowledge and we will certainly return for our future jewellery purchases, we can not recommend Shiels Tea Tree Plaza highly enough.

My wife had lost a receipt and care plan for a beautiful ring she had since our engagement in 2021. We first came in being told we need the physical care plan and receipt to be able to have the ring cleaned and serviced. Unfortunately after months of looking around we never found it. Coming into the store recently, who I believe is the store manager, Teresa, spent a big deal of time attempting to source our old receipt. She was very patient and friendly, although the job of sourcing it was, I understand difficult as she had to look through very old records and transactions, Teresa reassured us it was ok and not to be worried. After quite a while we finally found it and to say my wife is happy is a significant understatement, as the ring is definitely very significant for us. I am very glad we picked SHIELS as their customer service and jewellery is 11/10. Thanks again to Teresa!
