Too expensive for what they did. $65 for an hours labor to repack a front bearing, too much. They said they checked the gears, as I told them it had been jumping, but I would have cleaned the chain and fixed this yet this wasn't done.I was happy that they could squeeze me in for a repair, now I wish they hadn't.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Able to solve anything I throw at them. They communicate really well and there are never any surprises. Regularly servicing bikes that I use for school- kids are not the easiest on the bikes but they always manage to fix them!

On my last 2 visits to this shop I found the service offered by staff and in particular I assume the owner/manager to be well below an acceptable level.In fact I thought the male manager's attitude was extremely rude. On the two occasions when I visited when he was approached by a staff member asking for help from my enquirey, he never looked up (as he was sitting down behind the counter) to make eye contact with me, only mumbling to the staff member.This is poor customer service and not acceptable and will be my last visit to this store.

Bit too expensive for a conversion from manual to an e-bike, but excellent customer service and professional advice.. A big thanks to a lady who feed me in with tons of knowledge about how to choose a good bike.

I went into the Full Cycle to purchase a bike for myself and my young son. Outstanding customer service, with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Bikes have been fantastic and there has been no issues with them. Highly recommended for all ages and experience.

Interesting to read the many negative reviews from this store. Always the same excuse of unaccountability. You decide ! Like many other customers experienced, it was an appalling experience.

I was recommended to The Full Cycle in late 2018 when I decided to buy my first road bike. I travelled 3 hours for the exciting experience. Management spent hours with me that Saturday morning and well into the afternoon after closing, to ensure that they did a complete and thorough bike fit for me so that my experience as road rider was going to be a positive one. They imparted many valuable tips to help me and nothing was too much for them to help me out as a complete beginner. The customer service of the whole staff is impeccable, generous and totally professional. Recently my 18 month old front light ceased to work, and the Manager successfully had it replaced under warranty. That's incredible as I really thought I'd be required to buy a new one.Their amazing assistance and support has made my new sport a really pleasurable and doable activity. I'm seriously considering the purchase of another bike and I'll definitely be visiting The Full Cycle for their assistance with this. Keep up the great work.
