Heather and the team at the Keyboard Shop are so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Boy, do they know music! We recently purchased an electric piano for our daughter who has been having lessons with Cameron for the last 4 months. Heather and her team spent a great deal of time showing us how to use the piano and the amazing technology that goes with it. We are very grateful for their time and expertise. The shop is presented beautifully with a enormous selection of music books and supplies. There is no better place!

Amazing service! It was such a task trying to find a power cord for a piano I’d purchased online that oddly didn’t have one in the packaging. The team at the Keyboard shop were incredibly helpful and now I can happily say my piano is now complete. Thank you!

I upgraded my Yamaha keyboard a couple of years ago and wasn’t making the most of its abilities...mainly due to the fact that I forgot my initial instructions and then couldn’t interpret many of the manual explanations! Anyway, this year I promised myself that all this was going to change.After just 2 lessons with Jordon, I’m enthusiastic about my keyboard again and look forward to my practices and lessons. He is an encouraging teacher who is very knowledgeable and caters very well to his students.Do yourself a favour...give it a go!

Brendan spent over a hour showing us a range of different digital pianos and their features. So very happy with our purchase. Excellent service and I have really enjoyed the piano lessons with Jordon. Would highly recommend.

An amazing experience!! Staff were so friendly and genuinely interested in helping me find the right product for my children. And finding lessons that will work with my schedule. If I hadn't have gone into the store, I most likely would have purchased an item that wasn't going to be ideal for my kids to grow with. Thank you to the Staff so much. We cannot wait to attend Lessons.

Warm greeting by knowledgeable staff who went to great lengths to help me find the right piano. There was no attempt to upsell to a model that was above my budget, and Jordon was one of the most passionate and knowledgeable salespeople I've ever dealt with. Great place and I'll be back if I ever want to upgrade.
